Election Results 2019: BJP launches website to congratulate PM Narendra Modi for second term

As the BJP-led NDA government looks set to make a comeback, the Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a website to congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his second term.

“As India says ‘Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar’, here is your chance to congratulate and wish PM Narendra Modi on this stupendous victory. Write your message at http://vijayibharat.narendramodi.in . #VijayiBharat,” the BJP posted on its official website on Twitter.

The BJP is all set to return to power with a bigger majority in the Lok Sabha than 2014. The party has got more than 41 per cent of total votes polled in the just-concluded Lok Sabha election.

As per the latest trend, the BJP is likely to win around 300 seats in the Lok Sabha despite anti-incumbency if there was any as the Opposition projected.

Earlier on Thursday, PM Narendra Modi declared an election victory for his NDA government as trends from vote counts showed it sweeping aside rivals. “Together we grow. Together we prosper. Together we will build a strong and inclusive India. India wins yet again! #VijayiBharat, PM Modi tweeted.

The India Today-Axis My India had predicted a thumping victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The NDA, according to the prediction, is expected to cross the majority mark comfortably and win 339-365 Lok Sabha seats.
