Rahul Gandhi slams BJP manifesto, calls it short-sighted and arrogant

Rahul Gandhi compared the manifestos of BJP and Congress, saying that the Congress manifesto “was created through discussion”. The BJP manifesto, on the other hand, was “created in a closed room”, said Rahul Gandhi.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi slammed the BJP manifesto. He accused the party’s vision statement of not being representative of the people of India, calling the BJP manifesto “short-sighted and arrogant”.
The BJP top brass including PM Narendra Modi, party chief Amit Shah, Union ministers Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley released the party manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, called ‘Sankalp Patra’ in New Delhi on April 8.
The Congress had released its manifesto, called ‘Congress Will Deliver’ on April 2.
Rahul Gandhi compared the manifestos of BJP and Congress, saying that the Congress manifesto “was created through discussion”. The BJP manifesto, on the other hand, was “created in a closed room”, said Rahul Gandhi.
He said that the Congress manifesto represented the voice of a million people. According to Rahul Gandhi, the party’s manifesto is “wise and powerful”.
Taking a dig at PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi said that the BJP manifesto was “the voice of an isolated man”.
“The BJP Manifesto was created in a closed room. The voice of an isolated man, it is short-sighted and arrogant,” Rahul Gandhi wrote on Twitter.
